Maine Coon kittens have long, thick, and soft fur that requires regular grooming to keep them looking their best. Here's a grooming routine that you can follow for your Maine Coon kitten:

Brushing: Brush your kitten's fur every day to prevent matting and hairballs. Use a high-quality brush or comb that is suitable for their fur type. Start by brushing their back and sides, then move on to their legs, belly, and tail, do not forget their mane.

Bathing: Maine Coons do not require frequent baths, but you can bathe them occasionally to keep their coat clean and shiny. Use a gentle, cat-specific shampoo and conditioner, and rinse thoroughly. Never use a human shampoo for your kitten. 

Nail trimming: Trim your kitten's nails every few weeks using a sharp pair of clippers. Be careful not to cut the quick, which is the pink part of the nail that contains blood vessels and nerves. Alternatively, you can place several cat scratchers and cat tree in your house so that your kitten will learn to scratch its nails on it and you won't need to trim their nails. 

Ear cleaning: Maine Coons are prone to ear infections, so it's important to clean their ears regularly. Use a cotton ball or soft cloth to wipe away any dirt or debris, and avoid inserting anything into their ear canal.

Dental care: It's important to take care of their teeth. Brush their teeth regularly using a soft-bristled toothbrush and cat-specific toothpaste.

Eye cleaning: Use a damp cloth to clean any discharge from the corner of your kitten's eyes. If you notice any redness, swelling, or discharge, contact your veterinarian.

You should make these grooming sessions a daily ritual between you and your kitten as soon as possible, you can give your kitty treats to make it more pleasant in the beginning, and do this routine every day at the same time, do not make it too long. After some time your kitten will get use to it and might even like it! 

I would also advice to take your Maine Coon kitten in the groomer for a professional and deep cleaning every 2 to 3 months.
